brake light

brake light

Hi I have this problem while driving the brake light come on and then slip and vdc off lights stays on. my friend has the same problem with his nissan. any one has an idea if what is going on here.

Check your brake fluid level

Check brake fluid and brake material levels.

i checked the brake fluid nothing is wrong with it. and i dont think brake fluid has to do anything with the slip and vdc off lights turning on.

Mine is doing the same exact thing when I drive my car hard. My 350Z did the same thing and my brake fluid was slightly low. So it's probably the same thing but the reason our brake fluid gets low is because our pads are wearing out. It takes more fluid to push the pistons in the calipers because there is less pad in there.

I checked the pads and fluid and evey thing is good and still the light comes on it seems that the light comes on after the gear shifts mostly from 1 to 2nd gear i guess but i am not sure

ok this what i did i bought a dot 3 gear fluid, emptied the old fluid and replace it with the new one and every thing is good know that you guys for the help i guess you where wright after all
