You don't need to get it from Infiniti. Your local auto parts store (Autozone, O'Reilly's, Napa) sells them..even Wal-Mart does. They sell 50/50 coolant that's premixed already.

If there's coolant already in there and you don't live in an area that's very cold to freezing, you can make do with adding distilled water into the reservoir and make do with it until you get a chance to make it to the store. Otherwise, if you can hold off, most shops can top off your coolant when you go in for a normal maintenance or oil change if you ask them, or they'll charge you a small fee.

i was looking for prestone premixed 50/50, but it says it's Yellow color, but i thought our car comes with Green color.

do you think it'll cause problem if i mix two different colors together?

thank you

Only use genuine Nissan coolant because the green you will find at the store is actually a different formula. If you have blue coolant, using anything else will reduce the service life.

To the OP, start by taking off the radiator cap when the car is cold or has sat for at least 3-4 hours. If the level is low, top off there first. Then bring up the reservoir to proper level.

I'd stick with nissan coolant. If you don't buy premixed, as stated above, be sure to mix at least 50/50 ratio with distilled water. I do 70/30 (antifreeze/distilled water) because temps here tend to go below freeze and even below 0F at times. There are diminishing returns about mix ratios though. IIrc, going straight antifreeze will lower your freezing point, but not raise boiling. Something like that.
