After I turn on the car, there is the slightest whirring sound like something spinning that I never noticed before. And when the car moves, it speeds up. I know cars have spinning parts and they make noises, but I never noticed this sound until recently. Is this normal? Do you hear this, too?

2009 g37x coupe. havent changed brake system fluid, transfer case, and front/rear differentials yet... should've been done at 30k miles.
