Pennzoil Platinum... usually 5w30 but this time all I could find was 10w30... along with a Purolator PureONE filter.

I change it about every 6 months which is about 5k miles.

The normal PureOne is 14612. The bigger one is 14610. Same circumfrence, but 0.4" longer (12.5% longer). Unless you are running OCIs past 5K miles, it shouldn't make a difference.
