Pennzoil Ultra 5W30 and Nissan oil filters in my '09 G37xS. The Ultra is supposed to be similar to Ester oil in it's ability to stick to diamond-like coatings.

Let me correct myself. I've been using Motul 8100 until just recently. I switched over to 300V just last oil change.

I use regular Mobil 5W-30 from my dealership. I am planning to go with Valvoline synthetic on my next oil change. Any opinions on this oil?

I put Valvoline synthetic in my G, today, because they had a deal on it where I got a free Bosch oil filter with it. If my G self destructs in the next few days I'll let you know.
I was going to get Pennzoil or Mobil 1 for the oil change, but went with the deal.
I think most Internet car forum members make too much of a deal about which oil and filter they use.
It's not rocket science, just an oil change.

lol

I like to take the car to the dealership for regular maintenance for the first year or so. Less paper work if the car blows up.
