Bad experience with NST

So i bought a lightweight crank pulley and alternator pulley (crank underdriven, alternator overdriven). So the crank pulley didnt fit. I sanded the inside but not matter what it wouldnt fit.

I contacted them, they said ship it back with a copy of the emails. Well i replied to their email and asked if they could ship me a new one, and when i get the new one ill ship the old one back... well no answer for a week...

I emailed them again today saying i was very frustrated they havent answered me. All i go was "did you get our last email"...

I dont have time to wait 2 week for them to get it back, and another 2 until i get a new one. They didnt answer any of my emails after the first one until i got mad and said that i will take my business else where.

all in all... buy a stillen pulley, noone has fitment issues and ill be ordering one soon. From my experience, i will no longer be using NST

Sent NST a message yesterday, saying i just want a refund since they kept me waiting so long. Never address the question, just asked if i got their previous message (which i stated above). Sent them another email saying yes i called, but noone got back to me, and i work late so we need to communicate over email. They have not answered me since mid day yesterday...

This sucks man, sorry to hear about your bad misfortune with this company. So you went ahead and got the Stillen pulley kit? The Stillen kit should work out just fine for you.

I read about a couple of people needing to sand their NST pulleys. This is most likely caused by bad machining / anodizing step - which further adds thickness. Would not deal with this company as well. Good luck receiving a refund.

Give them a few days to respond, after that name and shame on other sites as well like the370z etc. I hate vendors like this.

Just wondering did you see any positive feedbacks from other members on the product before you made the purchase?
