Good Experienced Cobb tuner in Southern CA

Can anyone recommend a good and experienced Cobb tuner in Southern CA? Please share your experience with the tuner with me.

I thought the COBB is just plug n play? Just like the Hypertech?

It's plug and play for their 'standard maps" but most people like to have a custom tune loaded up on their AP.

I wouldn't waste any money on plug and play tune..

Do you really gain power off a custom tune? Are there guys still tuning on non-loading dynos?

I'd recommend going UpRev instead. Do you have a specific reason you wanted to go with Cobb?

I had been considering buying a used Cobb AP but reconsidered after talking with Sam at GTM. I think I will wait till after I get either an HFC or test pipe for my setup and then get an Uprev tune and eventually get some fine tuned dyno time/tuning. Sam seems to think that the dyno tune is a waste of money with non-forced induction bolt-ons.
