MAC Autosport Stillen SC Install
1/25/2013 Quick Update:
MAC Autosport swapped out the 3.2 inch diameter pulley on the blower for a 2.85 inch pulley and retuned for me. We also swapped out the Bosch bypass valve with a direct replacement from Forge that is good up to 15 PSI and uses a piston versus a diaphram. Final results were 398 WHP and 319 WTQ. Newest dyno sheet is attached at the bottom of this post.
OK all you thread jackin' Knuckleheads, I promised that once the work started on my installation I would post a new thread. Well, here it is

I drove my G down to MAC Autosport (Welcome to MAC Autosport) in Parker Colorado to turn her over to owner Bill McMahan and his crew to install a Stillen cat back exhaust, tranmission cooler and Supercharger kit then perform a custom Uprev tune. It was a little cold when I left the house that morning (15 deg. F) and there was still a lot of snow in my neighborhood. It was killing me to drive my car, just washed last week, in this nasty mess but you gotta do what you gotta do.
When I got to the shop I was escorted into the back for a tour where I found three lifts, all occupied, an all wheel drive Dynojet, also occupied and various shop owned project cars. Off to the side were my boxes from Stillen. I met Bill's crew (Lead Tech Adam aka Skip, Tech and Lead Fabricator Mike aka Chambo and Tuner Nick). Bill was off running an errand so I did not get to meet him face to face but we have talked on the phone many times over the past few weeks. The guys opened up my boxes so we could take a look then I took a few pictures of the shop before I had to get back to work.

MAC performed my baseline dyno then got started on the installation work. I have posted the Dyno chart below. The conditions at the time of the run were 67.83 F, 24.53 in-Hg, Humidity: 16%. The elevation at MAC according to Google Earth is 5815 ft ASL, just slightly higher than Denver. As you can see from the Dyno run, altitude is not your friend! The values for the baseline were about what I expected for our altitude.
The crew at MAC really made me feel welcome in their shop and said that I could dorp by and hang out to watch the work anytime. I plan to head down tomorrow afternoon to hang out for a while and watch some of the install. When I talked to Bill this afternoon they had the fuel pump installed and were in the process of installing the new plenum.
A note on this project concerning altitude and air pressure:
The air pressure at our altitude is approximately 0.82 of sea level air pressure. Because of our altitude I opted to go with the 9 psi pulley and a custom tune from MAC due to their extensive experience tuning at altitude.
I will post updates as I have them including some pictures that the crew is taking as the build progresses.

I'm interested in this build. I think you are going to turn this 'lemon' into lemonade. I wish this project success.
My heart jumped when I saw that nice Supra off in the corner. Sweeet.

Stopped by MAC today and spent 2 hours in the shop hanging out. They had the blower installed and were working on the tranny cooler installation when I arrived. They also had most of the exhaust installation complete when I left.
Bill and the crew said that everything has been going very well with the install and that they have been impressed with the quality of the SC kit. Here are some pictures I took while I was in the shop today. We are scheduled to be on the Dyno next Tuesday.
