Review MAC Autosport Stillen SC Install
You guys are always welcome in the house! I will be haging out in your thread too Wei!
oh no sir.. I've been waiting on a certian twin turbocharger for almost 3 years now, it was supposed to be done by now but the only person who can "currently" tune it is the companys owner, and he's in Japan. I doubt he's willing to come to U.S. just to tune my car lol. I'm going to give it a few more months to see what happens if the kit will get imported and if other tuners will get a crack at it, if not i'll most likely be going with a different car.
But on a side not, I LOVE the power your car got, this is very promising for members thinking of adding a supercharger to their cars, yours came out perfect.

I must admit, I am really happy with how my install and tune turned out. I am also very impressed with the cutomer service I got from MAC. Adam even told me that when it was time for the first SC oil change to stop by the shop and he would walk me through it and give everything a 2500 mile checkup!
Now, I need to figure out what I will be doing next and saving my pennies!
I just wanted to make one more comment on the 4th gear thing. I was looking over my dyno run files this weekend and if you look at the baseline versus final graph I posted you will notice that even bone stock with no aftermarket tune the car stopped at 6.5K RPM. The baseline was done shortly after I dropped the car off before they started any of the work. This shows that it is not an issue with Uprev but is inherent in the 5AT map from the factory. This is why Nick did some pulls in 3rd gear during the tune.

They did not do a baseline in 3rd. When they did the baseline they were not aware of the 4th gear limit and did not notice it until after the baseline while reviewing the data. That is when Nick started talking to Uprev and got the information from them. Here is the 3rd gear final run. I must have forgotten to post it here. I think I posted it on the370z.com. I did not post it as my final HP as I did not have a baseline to compare it with so I felt like that would be cheating a little in terms of the total power gain as a 3rd gear baseline would have probably made more than 250 HP. You can see it hit 390 HP in the third gear run although the torque was down a little from the 4th gear run.
Dave was good enough to let me hop in the passenger seat when he took his beast for the first test drive at MAC and I must say it pulls like a freight train. This is the way the car should perform from the factory, maybe what the IPL version should offer. I was very impressed. It sounds great and really pushes you back in the seat. Congrats Dave.

Regardless, solid gains
