Help y-pipe with stock muffler

y-pipe with stock muffler
I'm looking to get a Y pipe with stock muffler.
will it change the exhaust note?(little louder) & check engine light came
on?

I don't think it has been done. My feeling is that it really won't change much. I can't think why the CEL would come on. I doubt gains, and honestly, I doubt much noticeable change in sound when paired with stock muffler?
