Is the G37S (locking) differential a drop in replacement for the G37 non sport? I think they are the same final drive so the cruise etc should be fine?

I tried searching before posting but didn't find a direct answer to my question.

i want to know too. need a drop in diff for my G37X sedan that lets me keep cruise control.

 

Im curious as well, i have a g37x coupe. Cruise control doesnt mean much to me though
