car starts stuttering at 3500 rpm, wtf?

Car is a 2008 g37 that has been running fine. Today I take it on the.highway for a road trip. It OS an automatic, when I was trying to accelerate to around 70 mph the car would not stall, just started jerking and wouldn't rev above 3500. I pulled over , let it sit a.bit,.but.same thing. I tried to see.what happens when I drove in a lower.gear, same thing, 3500 rpm and the.car started jerking, but.now at to mph. Any clues?

Damaged mass air flow sensor?? Do you have intakes?? Does it bounce feel like it no matter how hard you depress the gas pedal, you can't bring it past 3500 rpm?

Not an enthusiast so not sure about the intake, just a stock car.
