2010 G37S tranny issue?

So, as the title suggests I have a 2010 G37S 7AT that has developed what I think is an issue. I've had the car 5 months and it has 2,500 miles on it. (yes, I drive it every day....just in very fast, but very short distances.) I wanted to see if anyone had come across this before I take it in...

Mostly upon startup, when placed in drive it takes a good 2-3 seconds to actually go into gear. It's only in drive, regardless of whether I've reversed first, and it has been slowly developing. I figure some valve in the tranny isn't getting the proper pressure to open/close, but what do I know?

Anyone come across this before? I searched and couldn't find anything....I just don't want to waste time taking it in for them to tell me everything's normal.

Gracias....

My car is 09 37S Coupe and today on the way back from dinner, we felt a thud and then the car would hardly accelerate. We were less than a mile from home, so we made it there ok.

I noticed that at times it would feel like the transmission would slip into lower gears when slowing down. I bet the transmission went out, so I hope I can make it to the dealership tomorrow morning. My car has about 12k miles on it. WTF?

I say take it in ASAP.

Took the car in the next day and they found nothing wrong. Since there were no error codes, there was nothing they could do. Well last night it did it again. Going about 45 miles an hour and felt the transmission shift really hard. Then when I pressed the gas pedal the car had no power. I stopped at a light and when I took off the car just shook. Felt like it was in a high gear. Shifting into manual mode made no difference. I pulled into a parking lot, turned it off, sat for 5 minutes and then turned it back on. The car drove fine.

The other odd thing is the tire pressure light was on all day, and then today the light was off. Got an appointment for Saturday, first day they have a loaner available. This is pissing me off. They better fix it this time.

So 3 trips to the dealership, 2 transmission updates, 1 engine update and the car still shifts badly. So far the car has not gone into a safe mode like it has, but who knows.
