Its still pretty good numbers for 6 psi boost, just curious as to why 6 over 8?
The 6 psi is purely related to the size of the pulley right now, We could have gotten more psi by going a smaller pulley, also we have to remember that the 390 RWHP is equivalent to about 410 RWHP on a M/T car .

You can get more boost by going a smaller pulley but for a guy that drove 2300 miles and waiting on his car in hotel room on us to finish the work, I felt the 6 psi is playing it safe right now. there was no room to for anything to go wrong .

~400whp is a great power range for some DD fun. If you're going to the track or wanna have fun on the weekend swap to an 8psi pulley, flash the 8psi map and off you go

Sam, I looked at your website and was wondering, the difference between the 500, 525 and 550BHP kits are just the pulleys + tune using the same SC right? So essentially they all count as Stage 1 kits, just different boost levels?

If that's the case, any idea when the Stage 2, 3, etc with larger compressors be available?

Is this the same tune that will be used in the CA CARB legal kit?

Meh.... I guess it's about 130whp over stock at 6psi which isn't too bad.

6psi pulley, 91oct, 7AT, stock cats, stock exhaust.

I don't know about you guys but 130whp gain is VERY good for the above conditions. Bump up the boost, install TP's, fill up some 93 oct fuel and retune. That's an easy 50whp bump IMO.

I don't see that happening.

A supercharger with 6 pounds of boost gets you 130 hp. We've heard you don't want to add more than 8 pounds with stock internals, so I can't imagine adding more than 2 more pounds. Even with higher octane and a tune, I don't see 2 pounds of boost adding 50 more rear wheel horsepower, and certainly not "easily". Sure, you could jack up the boost even more, but I don't see anyone doing that and saying it's reliable. This is all just my opinion though.

Translated for the rest of us:

9.1 L/KM = 25.85mpg
7.0 L/KM = 33.61mpg

I'm assuming youre looking at the Fuel Gauge on the navi or on the Speedo?

Those are no longer accurate. The stock gauge assumes you have the stock 380cc injectors. But you are now running 600cc.

^ Yea, I doubt your mileage would jump up that much. 8 mpg is a significant increase and you would definately notice the ability to go much further on a tank of gas.
