I'm just asking... Because you're going with GTM, you hate Stillen? Or did they wrong you personally in some other way?

Good luck with that GTM by the way.

Speaking of BS...... how come Im not reading your "missed date" complaint posts in the GTM thread?

And just for the record, I dont have a horse in the race, and I have nothing against you Shumby at all. But I do think its BS for someone like yourself to try to appear to be neutral when anyone who can read through the threads would see you have made up your mind. If you were neutral, you would be posting the same thing in the GTM thread because both companies had the same timetable, and both have missed it.

But personally, I rather both companies miss their timetables by a few months and get a product to the market that designed, tested, and fully functional rather than just rush something thats not completely 100% finalized just to meet a date, which THEY set! There was no requirement for either company to make their schedule, its what they proposed and were shooting for.

Its great for the community to have ONE company developing a supercharger for the G37, let alone TWO. Competition is great, but I think its nice if we as a community can keep the threadcrapping and BS to a minimum here.

Theres a pro and con thread discussing the differences between the superchargers to help people make up their mind using technical justification. Both have their benefits, and both have their differences. And both companies are going through the CARB process and both seemed to have the same timetable. And both companies missed it.

Umm.... thats how a lot of companies in the real world operate. Designers time is probably better spent working on projects rather than trolling internet message boards answering questions by people who in reality have no intention of ever buying a SC kit.

If you call Samsung, or Sony, or Apple, or Microsoft with a question, they dont transfer you to their lead designer so he can take valuable time away from developing a multi million dollar project to answer "you man, whens dis **** bein released?"

In the event that someone actually has a meaningful question that the salesman are unable to answer, they go to the designer and ask them. But Im guessing 99% of the time the salesman are more than capable of answering the basic questions people ask.

yawn.. nice rant though. did you enjoy writing it? I enjoyed reading it. keeps me busy while out here in russia stuck on a rig. Now if I was like you and sitting at home or even work in my home country I would find much better things to do to amuse myself. Like maybe plan somewhere nice to take my wife for dinner (or boyfriend in your case not sure but just covering the bases)

Keep writing and keep me entertained. I enjoy it.

^ So you post 3 what seem to be obvious anti-stillen comments. Complain about the salesman BS. Then I tried to politely point out the BS in your posts where you complain about Stillen missing a date when GTM did the same exact thing, and you are going to respond with gay jokes? Its somewhat telling about a person when someone disagrees with your post, that immediately you think about them and another guy and go right to the gay-crack.

Then you are going to tell me that if you were sitting home, you would find better things to do to amuse yourself, but yet you casually skip over the numerous posts you made before mine. Im at work killing time until the day is over, which I assume you are doing the same thing? So its cool for you to do it, but not cool if someone else does it?

So to recap, both GTM and Stillen miss dates, yet you only post in the Stillen thread complaining about it? Weaksauce.

You post multiple times in this thread with anti-stillen remarks, yet IM the one who needs to find something better to do to amuse myself? More weaksauce.

And I cook dinner 5 night a week for my wife, but I appreciate your concern, although I dont see how that relates to the topic.

Im not trying to start an argument here, and I normally just skip over the 1 or 2 silly posts in threads, but after the 3rd one, I decided to try to politely comment. Im sorry if my stating the obvious irritated you.

I happen to like competition and more vendors making products for our cars. It benefits the community. And if you really "just like to push both companies to deliver as promised", then you will be able to understand my point from a neutral perspective and we share the same agenda.
