Companies Who Plan On Having A Supercharger For The G37
hahaha poor 2c. One thing is for sure I bet all the other vendors on and off the forums whom are just reading this are LAUGHING their azzez off right now and most likely agreeing to 2c, probably going hahaha there he goes again he can never hold it back!!! Cause seriously people, the guys not lying hahaha its just the way he talks when he gets mad. hahaha I dont even want to get into this debate of why does the stillen sc sucks and no I'm just not supporting g37rider. We as a team know about FI, feel free to come out to any meets or any shows and check out many of our cars, we got supercharged cars from stillen to vortechs to fully built twin turbos pushing over 550whp (And MANY more coming) all installed, tuned, from different people from different companies and all have different opinions. Plus g37rider's business offers FI services too, you can literally give him the keys and $$ and he'll have your car FI'd and tuned in no time for affordable and reliable service (he works with gtm, corner 3 etc). We're very active in the community so we welcome anyone to come out to meets/shows and hang/debate anytime.
G37Rider proved himself in the community for FI in the past 2 years with his physco experiences and experiments and inspired a community and a team so therefore when I go FI, 2c take my keys, I'm going to write you a check, and just surprise me fvcker!
PS. Not to be steppin on toes or anything, but notice how come no one in socal who knows g37rider is really not/never saying anything

Yeah, my oopsie.
I don't know, I couldn't stop laughing about the Titan forums with the Stillen debate.
"The Banks is a perfect match for the Stillen SC, both of um are piles of s**t"
Oh and about the guy spinning a rod bearing after having his stage 3 stillen kit installed; you don't spin rod bearings because of the forced induction, you spin them through lack of oil. Sounds like the douche bag ran the **** out of it without checking his oil levels. That was his own damn fault. Plus the original poster even said the guys wideband was always between 11 at WOT and 14 at idle, so the tune was rich enough to be safe. Running too lean would cause a piston / piston ring to burn up or cause a bent/snapped rod.
I hate when someone lacks common sense and then tries to place the blame else where.

When you got a bunch of people on 1 side or and either little as equal on the other side, than you get a "debate", when you got 1 person like me you get called a "hater" LOL
^ yeah its a good example of what people could go through also while being FI'd. And yes of course there's always company supporters out there too.

Here are the pictures. Keep in mind these are prototype pieces. I did not spend any time in setting up the lights or the camera to make them look all pretty for advertising photography. I am terrible with setting that photography stuff up (lol) but I just wanted to show you pictures of the new intake manifold.
This intake manifold started life on the computer. Our engineers used their 3 dimensional CAD programs to develop the intake manifold then they printed out a 3 dimensional plastic model. This plastic model is known as a "rapid prototype" and basically allows us to check fitment and confirm that our engineering is accurate. Unfortunately I do not have a good quality picture to show of that rapid prototype piece right now. During its testing life the plastic prototype has been changed and modified so it does not look very presentable in its current state.
Here are some photos from the CAD development:

As you can see we have relocated the driver's side throttle body to be inline with the passenger side. This will allow us to have equal air pressure to each throttle body and a more consistent airflow. Also, by changing the intake manifold we can install our dual pass intercooler which will cool the air charge right before the air goes into the motor. Another added benefit is lengthening the intake runners which will also improve torque and accleration.
Here are some photos of the prototype castings. These are raw castings so they will still need to go through the machining process to have all of their mounting surfaces faced and drilled and tapped but these images will at least show you the progress that is being made.
Enjoy!

Wow, throttle body relocation! This project is much more complex than I anticipated. So I'm assuming there's some sort of y-pipe that connects there since you guys are using a single water-air intercooler? Can't wait to see more pix
Thinking outside the box a little (aka talking out of my azz basically lol), Why didn't you guys just throw in one bigger throttle body? (I know you thought about it, just want to know pro's and con's). How hard would it be reprogram the ECU to make it read from one MAF?

wow...i'm a little late in the game but...ummm...cliff notes: Stillen is comming out with a centrifugal s/c? about time...the roots blower made the car look 'meh'...plus the power curve was not at linear as vortech's....but i guess it will now...

Looking Good so far.
