Same thing happen to me at the track. Rev it up to 4k rpm and clutch went to the floor while rpm is bouncing on the limiter. I checked the fluid and it's on full level.
But I noticed that this only happened to me when weather is below 40'. If you pump the clutch while in neutral several times you will feel it get firmer. It ran fine after I pumped it at the staging area.

I've been searching everywhere to find out how to adjust my clutch pedal... it's way to high for me... every time I let off the clutch my knee hits the steering wheel... even with the steering wheel all the way up. If anyone finds a solution let me know!!

Once I got used to the car which took about a week because I rarely drove it then, but now it is fine... Mine goes into gear VERY easy when rev matched, 1st to 2nd is a little twitchy if I am not paying attention but nothing to complain about....

On the other hand this is the only manual trans I have owned and I learned on big trucks... but when I drive other peoples cars sti's or mustangs most of the time they seem incredibly easy to drive
