SC or Turbo?
I used to drive a GTP with an Eaton M90 supercharger and I switched to a twin screw. Unbelievable difference. I'm not sure if you can get a twin screw supercharger for the G37 yet though

Cheers

Supercharger!?!?!
When I first got my G - it was a huge purchase. I knew it wasn't a Z and I wanted to keep her as close to stock as possible...But now I am starting to dream a little - I hope not pipedreams. My cousin has 450 WHP on his s2k with a turbo but his car is always being maintained in the shop but boy do I envy that power and all that on a lil roadster that began with no torque. Turbo is out of the question for me I don't want to F with my G like that.
I am thinkin down the road about a Supercharger (but I am a n00b at hardcore tuning I have only F'ed with I/H/E) closer the end of the 60k warranty maybe around 40k or so, so in about 2-4 years. Now the pros with a supercharger if I am not mistaken are these:
Correct me if i am wrong the above plus points are just off the top of my head. Who here is vaguely considering Supercharging? Any thoughts about it? How many HP out of the engine do you think we could expect? I am thinking maybe 80-120. Also does one have to do I/H/E + ECU with a S.C. Kit or change out any other internals? Also given the stock profile of the car - is it SuperCharge ready, as in proper room in the engine bay, compatible fuel compression etc. I dunno I'm pretty new to this Again this is all just a possibility with my car. I'll admit I am afraid of doing something drastic with my baby considering Im paying for her in full and also I will only purchase the top of the line - top reputed parts and install from reputed mechanics.

- Somewhat cheaper than Turbo, more bang for the buck
- Less complicated + cheaper professional install
- constant power throughout the powerband rather RPM point kick in
- Overall less maintenance and less problematic than turbo
- Less other parts outside of S.C. kit needed to be replaced
- Less wear on pre-existent stock internals
