Yeah, would have been interesting to see. Looks like the OP deleted them from his upload site.

Unfortunately, it looks like the OP's host (Verizon) has discontinued their user's personal webpages. It would be a ton of work, but if the OP could re-up his pics I'm sure a lot of folks would be appreciative!

Seeing as OP hasn't been active in over 5 years now I wouldn't get my hopes up of that happening.

I use a wix sythentic oil filter. It's about 12$ at oriellys. I heard something about k&n having fiberglass in them. Not sure if that's true.

I was involved with this: Texas Oil Filter MAssacre
That said, the G is my first car that has had dealer service its entire life. If there's an engine warranty claim, Infiniti WILL foot the bill. I didn't read this entire thread but I agree with the poster who said that using normal service intervals, neither the selected oil nor oil filter is likely to cause problems.

The new filter that supercedes (for years now) the 65F0C is the 65F0E, which has metal end caps and a red silicone Anti-Drainback Valve. Not that I think the original would kill you, but for those worried.
