Tips for driving the 5AT & minimizing delay in downshifting

Yep that is correct. The floor stick has to be over in DS/ manual selection mode to be fully manually controled. Then once you click the paddles or shift using the stick, you can then fully use the manual mode without the car shifting on it's own.

It will downshift for you but only when you are slowing to a stop. Otherwise it is fully manually controled.

Nice I will have to give this stuff a Try, I have never driven a Manual, so I dont know exactly how to use it and all, The only thing I did in my OLD G was go down a Gear with the Floor Stick to get a little more Power when Gunning it
