Maybe the push rod from the pedal to the master just needs a little lubricating.
Yes, a clutch gets broken in - in terms of the friction material heat cycling and the pressure plate/friction plate surfaces mating to the disc and disc to them. Usually ~500 miles of easy city driving.

To be honest i was driving last night and didnt notice the creaking sound so idk maybe it was a little stiff at first
