G37 full bolt on w/ SRI non CAI - Dallas, TX

Hey Everyone,

I'm in Dallas for some work for another week or 2.. I have the G up here and I saw Jotech is pretty close by maybe 30ish minutes away or so. I was kind of contemplating getting the G tuned. Probably UpRev is my guess? Only thing im kind of on the fence on about the tune is that I have the Takeda SRI and not Stillen G3 or Admin or any CAI...
If im guessing of paying close to $700-1000.. I want to atleast put down 305-310HP... anything above that would be amazing. but realistically aiming at the 305-310 WHP area.. Do yall think it would be worth it to get a tune??

Mods to the car: 09 6mt coupe.
-Takeda SRI
-FI Catback w/ 18" Resonators
-FI RHFC
-Hotckis sways
-20" SSR SP3's w/ hankook v12's...

Any info and recommendations on shops in Dallas to get a tune would be great.

Thank you,
John

From: Framingham Ma,
Should be pretty close to the numbers you want to see but the 20's may hold you back a bit. Just IMO I'd put the stock air boxes back on and not run any SRI.

JoTech is a renown shop in Dallas
e-tune from Specialty Z
The Administration remote tune or visit him in Houston.

Seb is correct, use stock air box or get a Cai. Sri is good for noise only.

Hit up Moncef at AdminTuning, he's in Texas (Houston I believe). You can snag his intakes too and you'll definitely be close to if not over 315 whp. I plan on doing his intakes along with an e-tune very soon.

Moncef has really really good reviews. Main thing is once the intakes are bought i would immediately have to get a tune to drive the car... Stillen would just make it financially without pressuring a tune easier, instead to have to drop 600ish for the intakes then the tune on top of that.

Swapped intakes to Stillen Gen 3... Now the debate is.

Jotech or AWDTuning...
