Uprev worthwhile in my case?

I'm adding a Stillen Gen 3 intake and Stillen cat back exhaust to my 2011 G37 sedan. I'm wondering what these two additions alone could be expected to add in horsepower. Also, how much more would the Uprev likely add on top of that? What would be a reasonable parts and labor charge? I'm just looking to add a little zip and fun.

Welcome to the forum...are you picking up the mods directly from Stillen? Maybe discuss it over with their staff regarding what you're asking. Otherwise, I'm sure by searching you'll be able to find there many discussions about the Stillen products and reviews.

Please post pictures of your car/mods in the near future

Yes, you will pick some additional HP with parts + tune. How much? Who knows! When I did my Ecutek + R2C + Berks HFC + ARK GRiP, I netted +23 hp. Your experience might be different.

How much for the install? It depends on the shop, I would say expect $400 - 500. Could be less... could be more.

Hello so the Stillen gen 3 intake is about a 3 to 4 hour labor which will cost you about 300 to 400 just to install. The catback should only be around 100 to 150 so maybe find a reputable performance shop in your area and see if they can give you a deal for both. These are just estimates there's some shops that like to charge more but if you shop around you should find a good deal. The shop I would suggest them knowing how to work on Nissan and Infiniti and that have done the Stillen gen 3 install just because the instructions are vague and install isn't that easy. You should be getting good gains. If you go ECU TEK probably better than uprev but either or you will be getting gains

to the OP, depending on your location, I'm sure there are some of us on the forum that can refer you to a shop that does work on Nissan/Infiniti's near you. The forum is represented well in all regions

Welcome to the board. You should have posted your question in the ECU Tuning / Dyno Data, subforum of the Engine, Drivetrain & Forced-Induction forum.
