Unhappy G37 Coupe A/C Heater Problem

Hello everyone, just joined the forum, first post and only because I've been searching but cant find an answer, hopefully someone will know. I have a 2011 G37s Coupe, and when i turn on heater or A/C and put it to blow on the legs, it blows on the passenger side, but the driver side legs gets no air at all. Neither hot or cold. No matter how i turn it on, as in if i just try for legs, or towards window and legs, passenger side gets air, driver side gets none. Anyone know what could be a possible reason i can look into? Thank you guys.

I'm assuming something is blocking the air from getting out? Try taking it to the dealership or a mechanic shop for a look and see what they have to say if nobody else here is able to help you out.

Welcome to the forums and I'm sorry you're already facing this issue with tour car but hopefully it isn't to serious of a fix. Also try to post an introduction for the forum in the newbie section so people can know who you are and welcome you. Maybe even post the issue in the introduction. You may get more people to help out there as well.

if normalization with a scan tool does not work, its possibly a bad stepper motor or perhaps a broken lever for a stepper motor for the footwell on the drivers side.
