Ideas?

Hey guys. I've got some $$ to spend now. Looking around, thinking about getting a new grille (Gialla, Data systems?) and perhaps a new front lip (OEM?). Anything else you can think of that isn't too expensive and I should do? (Can't lower it right now, would if I could)

Thinking of maybe spending a lot and putting on a body kit. Suggestions? Stay with one kit or mix and match? Ideas?

Any good body shops near Plano/Dallas to do this?

Pics of car as it is:

I also really like the SF-Challenge's in black. So I am definitely looking somewhere to make a trade or perhaps powder coat mine.

Powder coating is your best bet man. I got the Diamond Black ones out of pure luck. They are pretty much special order. Hard to find a set already in the states. It can be done but it is hard. Also I like the trunk setup.....(COPYCAT) The other members know where I am going with that. LMAO! But yeah to get a good price on a gialla, either trade or find one from another member or get a get shop that has steady shipments because it takes a LONG LONG TIME to get it from Japan. I ordered mine well before CHristmas and it got here like 3 days ago. You can also put some pink flasking LED lights under it and play the Mortal Kombat theme song. That's always a fun way to enjoy the G. What kind of mods are you looking for? Performance, visual, stereo? What are we going for here. I would also suggest the Motordyne Plenum spacer with the Iso thermal copper gasket. That's a cheap mod that makes good HP numbers for mostly everyone who does it.

The car looks great overall. The speakers/amps install looks awesome.

I think the OEM chin spoiler would look good on your setup. I also like the blacked out OEM grill.

If you were to powder coat the spokes on the Volks it would look awesome!

If you've got some money to spend I don't see why you can't lower the car. You can just go with lowering springs but that will reduce the life of the OEM shocks. Coilovers are quite a bit more expensive but worth it depending on your application...

lol i don't understand the copycat thing hyper, but thank you and beerviper too. the reason i didn't want to lower it was because of the conditions of where i drive right now and i have hard times clearing things, etc.

Beerviper, what do you mean by blacked out OEM grille? Can you show me a pic of this? How would I do this? Thanks

It's a joke of course. My trunk setup has a plexiglass infiniti symbol with blue LED under it and you have a frosted little infiniti sign. Just when you think you are the only one with that plan.......right! LMAO. Well let us know what you want more of man....performance, looks, what are you looking to accomplish?

LOL! I honestly thought this is what you had already done. Based on this pic it really looks like your OEM grill is blacked out and the Infiniti symbol is still chrome colored....

Yeah it's all good because it means you have good taste and are proud of your Infiniti if you put the symbol back there. You are just letting the haters know what tha whip be yo! But and OEM front lip looks great. Powder coating the wheels would be an easy deal cuz they are 3 piece so that won't set you back a ton. I think a good mod would be to remove the front license plate. That's always a popular mod among the group. LMAO!
