Diy 7AT fluid change questions

Decided that I want to change the trans fluid in my 2015 Q40 which has 70k.. the only problem is both my local Nissan and infiniti dealerships flat out refused to change the fluid. The both claimed that it wasn't recommended to ever change the fluid... However one of the techs told that it should be done around 60-70k in his opinion and that I should either find another dealer or just drop the pan myself, measure what came out and put the same amount in that came out then drain and fill the trans at each of the next 2-3 oil changes?? He also said use ramps to get more fluid out??

Q-If I drop the pan, clean it and refill with exact measured amount that came out is it that simple?
Q- should I wait to do a drain and refill over the next few oil changes?
Q- should I use ramps to get more fluid out? Or jack stands?

Thanks I've read it twice but I didnt really find an all my questions specifically. If I can just do a 1x drain and refill of the same amount over the next few oil changes that's pretty easy. But is it a good idea?

I did mine at 1K miles 3x also I measure the amount that came out plus extra 1/2 liter to put back in to measure with car level on ramp, engine running and temp at or between 97 to 110 degree F, release the fill screw and watch until drip and close it. I understand it's bit messy process but it's sure way to measure just in case your fluid is low or overfill by someone.
