MotorvateDIY Video: $20 Diff Bushing Fix

In this video we show a quick and cheap ($20) way to fix a ruptured differential bushing.

If you have a leaking / dripping differential bushing, this video just might save you some money.

Thank you very much for this video. I have the ruptured rear differential bushing after 89K miles on my 08, Coupe, Journey w/5AT. I had already purchased the Whiteline bushings to make the repair. After watching your video, I'm leaning towards this fix as well as replacing the front bushings of the differential. Your video at the 3:50 mark shows movement on the front differential bushing after the fix that the new Whiteline bushings could help stiffen up. Open to anyones thoughts/ideas.

If I were you, I would go ahead and replace everything. You've already purchased the Whiteline bushing kit, and you're going to have to drop your diff anyways to replace the front bushings. So you might as well replace the ruptured bushing as well.
