My daughter has a Q45 (2001 or 2002) with 2 bad ballasts and 1 bad bulb. Ballasts are hard to find and about $700 when you can find them. Was wondering about aftermarket Xenon kits. I see them for about $200 - $250. Would this be a way to go about replacing them on the cheap? She doesn't need the HIDs and since she's moving out of state, keeping something cheaper to maintain would be an added bonus.
