i bought a DRL controller from Amazon and added LED tube lights to the foglight area.

the LED tubes look nice, but looking back, i would have just cut the wires to the "city lights". wired them to the DRL controller and used them as DRL's.

There are already yellow parking style lights/reflectors on the outside.
Seems like a wasted opportunity.

I think I'll try your mod too!
I agree. Yeah it would be a simple bulb swap if it wasn't for those intake boxes in the way.

Can you post the part you got from Amazonia?

I still want to put a LED strip down low but maybe I'll just stuff a DRL-C inline on the CLs...or on the FLs

Good stuff, thanks!
I did the same for my '13 Coupe. 6000k is indeed a bit whiter than the OEM HIDs.

Can someone post a video or step by step pictures? Am I the only one that thinks these steps are confusing?

Edit: Found one, never mind.

We have 4000K / 5000K / 6000K color temperature options. If you'd like to exchange for a different model, please give us a call: (314) 205-3033

I called and got instructions to return the city lights that I have now but I was wondering which temperature is the best to match my hids? Thanks

I did this last night by jacking up the car on the side that I was working on. I just lifted it enough to have more room, tire wasnt off the ground.

Pulled the clips on the wheel well, reached in and turned the plug. Switched in a Sylvania ZevO lifetime warrentee bulb and popped the plug in. It has a 1-1/2 inch plastic tail that makes it easy to turn into place. Took maybe 20 mins.

Sweet. Are you talking about the fog lights? Yeah, I remember the driver's side was real easy, but the passenger side was a pain because of a fluid tank in the way.

The fogs are coming along with led turns.

2008 bulb housing?

I ordered some color changing led parking lights for my 2008 coupe but the housing for the bulb looks different from videos online since most videos are on 2011 models and up any help on how to change it?

Hi
I had a new 2012 g37S and had to trade in after 1 year but within the year i had it I changed all the front bulbs to match perfect. I even installed a halogen(with some tinkering in the reverse lights). I did the GTr tint on front and tail lights too anyway that car is gone and....
I just picked up a 2010 g37S yesterday and its bone stock. I turned on lights today and remembered/seen the park lights(yellowish) compared to headlights.
Do you know what park bulbs will match the stock headlight bulbs? IS it 169 or 194? or...?
Also looking for replacement wheels. Stock or aftermarket.
And driver door trim(the part that looks like brushed aluminum (prob plastic)
Thx
