Lamps, or bulbs??
Bulbs would be like any older S model. By removing inner fender liner bolts, to pull back liner.
Lamps, however needs bumper drop.

Hm,
I didn't know it was 2 different things
I would be looking to change out the bulbs for something (Plug n Play) more power

The bulbs go into the lamps!!
I went with PIAA, close in whiteness to the HID Headlamps.

Remove the screws that hold the inner fender liner at front of wheel and below fogs.

I'm going to put in the PIAA plasma ion yellow bulbs. I had them as fog lights in my previous vehicle and they look great, very bright and more practical for visibility in snow storms or heavy rain.
Thanks for the instructions inyquest, I assumed that was the way but hadn't looked yet.

No they are Halogens.
LEDs have a high failure rate on cars.
