Thanks all (chuckie331, Dj1ofDet) for the information. Unfortunately the 2010 G37 the upper sensor is not readily accessible. However, purchased the sensor from THMotors sports. For this item they were the cheapest.

No worries derfranzer. I considered myself lucky when I found it on eBay.

Apologies for bumping an old thread, but can anyone confirm the bank 1 sensor 1 (passenger side upstream) can be replaced going in from the top of the engine bay for a 2009 G37 sedan? I live in an apartment complex and want to avoid putting the car on jack stands if possible. This thread says to remove the intake, but in the following youtube video, the o2 sensor looks like its just behind and below the passenger side throttle body, and space right there looks pretty limited...

Thanks so much for any advice

Yes it can. You will have remove the intake tube. That gives you enough room to reach back there no problem. The hardest part I had was disconnecting. Don’t be scared to pull it apart once’s the clip is pressed in

This is a great help in replacing the Pre-Manifold Oxygen (A/F) Sensor, which I accomplished a few weeks ago. But, if I ever have to replace the A/F sensor on the driver's side - I am in a quandry as to how to do this without major removal of components. Has anyone attempted this job, with suggestions as to how to do this? I dread the day this sensor will fail!
