Question

i'm new to this car just brought it like a week ago.

i want to change out the shift **** can anyone tell me how to do this i dosn't look like you can twist it off on a 08 g37s.

It is possible. It takes quite a bit of elbow grease and patience. It may end up looking something like this:

... I tried to be gentle at the outset of that project because I wanted to try to spare the stock ****, but I ended up getting frustrated. It got to the point where I just wanted the damn thing off. It took over an hour to loosen that b!tch up. There is a lot of Loctite on there from the factory. I know I'm not the only member here who has struggled with the stock ****.

lol damn man sorry to here that haha i would probably be the same lol.. i just drop my car off at Infiniti for some service so i just told them to loosen for me they said they will take care of it lol.... hopefully they won't want to charge for it lol...
