Best way to paint OEM Rims

I have an 09 G37x coupe it comes with 18's on it they are not the ten spoke pattern like the S model they are the five spoke split pattern, i was wondering what is the best way to paint them?

or would it be best to have a local shop do them?

if anyone has these rims painted please post it i'm curious to see i like the way everyone else paints the oem 19's, want to know if the 18's look as good.

also has anyone painted the OEM 10 spoke 19's by just painting the face of the wheel and leaving the lip machined silver?

IMO= In my opinion

And yes it would be best to have a shop do it. and the best way to do it is to powder coat them. Also changing to 18" will be slightly retarded IMO. stick with 19" or even 20"

I have my wheels powdercoated matte black and I was gonna try and cover and blend the curb marks I have on my rims with Plasti-dip. Hopefully it'll come out good.

I have my sport rims powdercoated gloss black on my black coupe and they look siiiiiiiiiiiiick...plus ive had em for over a year powdercoated and there is no damage whatsoever...it's very resilient compared to paint.
here's what mine looks like:

plastidip is a homedepot diy mod kinda thing.
done by yourself, really doubt any shop uses it hahaa.
easy to do, though.
