DIY Remove front emblem (easy method)

Sorry, no pics...but it's very very simple that u don't need pics to do this...

Do you have long middle fingers? If so, read on....

stick your middle fingers, one on each side of the emblem (center) into the grill....wrap ur middle fingers behind the emblem....feel around for the two taps holding the emblem inplace (should be at the tip of ur fingers)....pull tabs towards the sides of the car (left tab pull left, right tab pull right) and pull the emblem towards u...should pop out...

viola, ur done...to install, just snap back into place...this saves u the hassel of trying to take off ur radiator cover

i'll post pics later tonight..

and yes, since it's so easy to take this thing off, i'd suggest holding the emblem in with some double sided tape after ur done painting ur emblem or whatever the h3ll ur trying to do with it...

lol prob, mine are.

If you reach in at the center the clip is just the end of the plastic, you dont really feel anything diff, it just ends, pull them out a little and it should just pop off.

Most of us in NYC have known about this for 2+ yrs now. haha
