Hey guys.....could someone confirm the part # for the OEM in-cabin microfilter on the 08-09 G37 coupe (non-charcoal version). I think it's 999M1-VP051. Thanx

Yeah I meant to post that earlier. I did a search online and NAPA carries a replacement cabin filter for $20, and Wix also makes a replacement cabin air filter as well. Both are treated with a product that resists mildew, bacteria growth....so I'm assuming no more stinky A/C smell....less than OEM....sounds like a win/win to me.
Thanks to Loi & KnoxvilleG37, I just search NAPA, the part is $18.79, avail in NAPA store. I'll pick one up today..hopefully it will get rid-off that awful smell, particulary, in vent (w/o AC), man, it's stinks. I'm I'm more than ambarass to have show off my car, with that stinky smell. Check Infi dealer, they said $80 installed, man! robber! G37forum helps me great deal...Thank again for good work guys (& gals)...
all you have to do is remove all the phillips screws you see and pop out the silver thing above our glove box then the whole glove will be free. after that you'll see a white box, just open it and take your old one out and replace your new one
Here's my update to above instruction. 1st, you remove the glove compartment (w/o needing to remove the screws by pull it up of squeeze the latch. 2nd remove the pin string (just pry the plastic piece out). now it's all open space. 3rd you remove the 6 screws (the top 4 screws also hold the silver piece). Next just remove the silver piece, then the plastic piece on the side. And the whole black piece can be easily pull out. Now, all are out, you'll see the while plastic plate cover the cabin filter, remove it & note how it was positiobned. Replace the filter, then re-insert the white plastic cover the same way you took out. Now put the black platic back, insert the silver peice back, then screw 6 screws back. Next snap the side piece back. Then finally you can snap back the hard plastic holding the pin string back, then finally put the glove compartment back. I had problems following the instruction described somewhere in this forumm, perhaps, it's for different G. Anyway I found a very good instruction (after I did my work) that matches with my 2009 G37's cabin filter replacement:
