Vert Winter Storage

What is the best way to go about storing the Vert for the winter? I live in a climate where there is a multitude of snow and ice, and I have an AWD daily driver (2014 Cadillac CTS AWD).

I have two options, not sure which is best for the car. I can keep it in the underground heated parking at the condo that I live in. I would put a cover on it, but not be able to plug it in with the battery tender to keep a charge on the battery. I would go start it every few weeks to make sure it didn't die.

I could also take it to a heated warehouse, put a cover on it, and plug it in, so there is a charge on the battery all winter. The only issue here is that the owner of the warehouse raised his rates from last winter, substantially, which is why I'm questioning what is best for the car.

Just take the battery out of the car for winter, starting it every few weeks is worse for the engine unless you're running it long enough to get to full operating temp.

What's best for the car is to keep it stored in a heated garage with a battery tender on it. Period. What's good for your wallet, or budget, is an entirely different question that you'll have to answer...
