Paint cracking

So i had my car taken to a paintless dent repair, when the guy was fixing it my paint started cracking, and he told me that the position and glue behind the dent was making it crack, and there is nothing he could do about it Now how would you go about fixing this? i have some OEM touch up paint but does this look fixable? and the scratch was already there but the guy made the cracks. Its also pearl white.
