Clear bra options for 2010 G37xS - worth it?

Can anyone please recommend a clear bra for a 2010 G37xS and is it worth it from a protection point of view?

GET IT! I regret not getting one installed in my car within the first week of purchase....
Also make sure you get an oval piece to go under the door handle. It will protect you from scratching the inside of the door handle with your nails.

Ditto & ditto. I initially refused it when I ordered my G back in May but after doing a little research, decided it would be well worth the $500. And so far it's paid off. Several extensive road trips and not a nick or scratch on the front bumper or side mirrors.

At the dealer, 500 bucks. But I didn't do the bumper since it's plastic already. Had I known (had the lazy salesman told me) about the door handle protectors, I'd have done those too.

I don't understand your logic of not having the clear bra put on the bumper, because it is plastic. The bumper tends to get the most chips, while driving on the highway.

I had the clear bra put on mine and consider it money well spent, since I am very **** on the appearance of my vehicles.

Call Car Optics at (215) 203-2000, I'm not sure what they charge for it, but their tint jobs are $180. GL

I would DEFINITELY recommend a clear bra. If anyone is in the DFW area, I would highly recommend Chris Gaisbauer of DFW Clear Bra.

He said I was the first G37 Sedan that he'd done but you never would have known it from the superb quality of the installation. He uses very high-quality films that are guaranteed not to yellow for 7 years. It's great when I go to the car wash and I wash the front end of my car and see no rock chips or paint dings or pitting from road debris.

Definitely worth the couple hundred you'll spend on your G to protect your investment.

His contact info is:

i paid $700 for bumper, half-hood and mirrors. i had 3M done, but in retrospect, I should have gone with Ventureshield.

and don't be fooled by high prices. that doesn't mean they're good. people on here are always saying "you get what you pay for," but this does not apply to clear bras. get a referral or see their work. good luck.

I put Ventureshield on the entire hood. I did the whole hood because I was worried about a line. Well worth the money.
