303 Aerospace Protectant & tires

Can 303 be used as both a tire cleaner and protectant?

I wouldn't say that 303 is a cleaner...but definitely a protectant. I apply it to my interior, as well as my tires after they've been washed and dried.

I also like it on my tires as a protectant. It gives them this nice matte finish, not tacky glossy one.
