I would cover up any exposed electrical pieces, if there are any. I haven't had a chance to examine the engine bay, but your usually suppose to cover up the battery, alternator and anything else electrical.

l'm working right now on bringing my '96 Pearl White Maxima's appearance back to the realms of decency. Considering how trashed it looked after being ridden hard (200K+) and neglected for several years, I think she's looking alright after about 2 weeks of work off and on. A little bit more before she's ready to be seen by the public though.
Betty is soon to follow. I want her to look as good (or better!) then Nam's OB.
