Question on curing a sealant

After I've washed, clayed, and polished my car, I move on to a sealant before waxing. I'm told that I should wait 24 hours after sealing to let it cure before waxing.

Will I need to wash the car again before waxing? Certainly it will pick-up dust/dirt in the 24 hour period even if just sitting in my garage, yes?

Thanks

Yes, wash every square inch of paint you are going to touch, unless you just got finished drying it (with a leafblower). Do not touch your paint unless it AND your finger is freshly cleaned.

I have zero scratches and swirl marks because there is never anything contacting my paint but a BOARs HAIR BRUSH and car wash soap. No towels, no washing mitts no chamois.

Just water, soap, hair and air for washing. Cotton Microfiber for waxing.

Yes, you should definitely let your sealant cure 24 hours before applying your wax. Do you need to wash it again? No, that is not necessary. What I do is go over my car with this Quick Detailer to remove any dust that might have accumulated over night. Once you've wiped it down, you're all set to apply your Carnuba of choice.
