There's a thread in the US forum about a recall notice sent to some 2010 owners on how the radio seek button is backwards to the steering wheel control. Specifically, when you flip the toggle up on the steering wheel, it goes to the next song. However, you have to press the down button on the radio interface to change to the next song - so it's backwards!

Anyone got a notice from Infiniti on this?

 

I got the notice from a friend of mine, but nobody at my infiniti dealer knows about it, really annoying that i have been there 2 times now and still no fix!

 

It's been talked about may times on the forums. There's a TSB for it, it's a simple software update.
