You stirred up enough **** about their service on the Internet I would expect them to bend over backwards when they see your name on the work order. I need some Infiniti specific parts this year (usually I buy from Nissan) so I might give the parts department another shot I have some service work I have been putting off because I am scared to leave my car there it still makes me nervous thinking about all of the stories I have heard over the years.

i find them pretty good, the sales guy i deal with is usually on the ball when i talk to him, though he has forgot about me once or twice. The parts deparment wanted a fortune for paddle shifters, so i just bought them from riverside. I feel very uncomfortable letting them touch my car though after my first oil change there, they tried to wash it and just made a mess of it. From now on im not letting them touch it.

For service man. Just request that only Ron works on your car. lead tech and a really nice guy. He has been around since the days of building 510's in to racers. He was nice enough to personally drive my car to my house as i was in russia and the wife could not pick it up do to her work and school. For parts get with Gino, sometimes you got to actually go with him to the computer and look for the parts you want from the exploded view but it will get you out of therre faster. I have also found them very usefull with giving me dismantaling procedures for the interior. Cuz i always seem to miss one screw when i am trying to take stuff apart.

Ya dont let them wash your car. this is knowen for me. I only let them rince and no hands touch it. As for parts their hands are tied infiniti canada sets the price and there is nothing they can do thay have tried to order from the states but nope that got them a slap from corparate. They understand that they cannot touch us pricing and they struggle with it. Like I said there cost is more then what we can buy from the states for.

Wow, I am sorry to hear that everyone.

I am in the process of leasing my first Infiniti, and it is somewhat concerning that they essentially have a monopoly on Infiniti's in Edmonton.
That being said, my sales guy I know from back when I played hockey with his son, and I know the Finance Manager through a friend as well.

So I probably get a bit of a different experience! Still, I have been to Audi and BMW dealers and it certainly is no better (Audi didn't even acknowledge I was a breathing organism).

I recently moved to Edmonton for a job, but was recently offered another position elsewhere and will be moving again shortly. When I found out about my job change, I contacted Ericksen Infiniti (Nicholas Farnden) to see if they could help ship my car as I was very busy at work and didn't have a lot of time to take care of this. To my pleasant surprise, despite being here temporarily and having never purchased anything from Ericksen, Nicholas said he would be happy to help! He has been just awesome and really gone out of his way to help me. He has been courteous, friendly, and always gets back to me if I email him with a question or concern. I don't imagine there's any profit involved. I think he's just a good guy who wants to help someone out! I can't express how much I appreciate it.

I also went in for an oil change today, and it was my first time really seeing the dealership and speaking with staff. Everyone was friendly and the service manager was especially good. I am very **** about my car (like many other G owners out there I'm sure) and had some requests with regard to the oil change, and everything was done exactly as I specified. I am always anxious going to a new dealership because you hear these horror stories on internet forums about paint swirls and damages...etc, but Ericksen was great. If I were staying in Edmonton, I would definitely be taking my car to Ericksen.
