Putting back summers?
^^ Beat me to it...haha
Where did you end up picking up a bottle of Collinite? Online or local? I saw it here --> http://www.toughwax.com/ I hear it's one of the best carnuba waxes out there for the nasty salt, UV, fallout, acid rain... The worste is the yellow pollen that falls and sticks to the vehicle in the spring...

Easy to apply and absolutely DETERGENT PROOF. Collinite Super Doublecoat is guaranteed to outlast and outshine any other competitive auto wax, polish or protective coating under any conceivable condition. That's why it's called the PERMANENT AUTO WAX. No hard rubbing or buffing... and no special applicator is required. Collinite Super Doublecoat will last a full year, even under adverse conditions.
But seriously, does it work even half as well as it claims??
Got it from eshine.ca, pretty good service it arrived in two days via canpar. I ordered an Optimun Poli-Seal and the 845IW, I'll apply the 845 to the rims before I put them on, next weekend I'll do the car with claybar->poli-seal->845, let's see how it turns out.
psyh,
People swear by the 476S Paste Wax as been the most durable carnauba waxes.
The 476S is suppose to last longer than the 845IW, while the 845IW is suppose to give more shine, but difference in durability is not that much.
It's not sold in any retail store that I know of in Canada, only in US, but you can get it online and is cheaper that the Wax kits you get at retail.

Shipping is $7.50 if I remember well.
@Loki, yes they do have tons of good stuff, I got those, for now :-)
I was debating between different waxes and went Collinite because of the durability, the gloss/depth/wet effect seems more of the prep work, which I'll try to do my best.
