What is my IPL worth?

Considering selling the IPL. It is a 2013 with only 37k. Malbec with the red interior. Great condition and infiniti elite warranty till 2025. I know on trade they will screw me so I might as well keep it. Only possible way to depart with it is with a private sale where to buyer appreciates the car.

Without taking the time to do the simple research that the OP is surely doing, that seems right, Crusher. Maybe the actual value falls on the high side of that guess, because of the low miles and the extended warranty, and because the IPL was a fully loaded, specialty model Coupe.

GLife14, dealer trade isn't going to screw you by offering less than if you found the perfectly motivated buyer for a private sale. It's just retail numbers. Everyone here relates to the idea that their car is worth less to others than it is to themselves.

I was offered 19k on trade when I was showing some interest in the RS400 a few months ago. I am sure that would not be the case today though. But glad I did not trade, the G37 is the last best infiniti. Even if i were to sell or trade, not sure what I would get instead. The IPL is still a pretty cool car.

A good trade doesn't necessarily mean intrinsic value, just numbers shifted around into different buckets in an effort to facilitate the transaction.

You know... there are always better cars, but the IPL is extremely unique and rewarding. If it still suits your lifestyle, then by all means enjoy ownership for as long as you can.

I've always thought I'd like an IPL. But dropped an inch, because while the skirts and front chin are fantastic, they look kind of goofy at stock height. And the rear bumper always looks awkward. However, overall the car is very special.

I agree, the IPL is a car you HAVE to mod for it to look as good. It is a little awkward stock, the sports do look better, But once you add a few mods, lower change the wheels the IPL can look really, REALLY good. It took me seeing a modded one in person and i was like "omg that thing looks so good."
