Someone probably wrote the wrong mileage on the title.

Out of the two you've listed I HIGHLY suggest getting the first one. Besides a minor fender bender with a parked car in 2011 that sedan has been well maintained and services beautifully! Plus it's got almost 20k less miles! Don't let those wheels fool you into getting the second car... that's how dealers like to sucker in buyers especially the younger crowd.

Looking at pics quickly, the 2nd one looks like it's been ridden hard and hung out to dry wet. Marks on the steering wheel and other buttons. Debadged, etc. Even if you were going that route, I'd rather buy an adult driven car and then do the work myself then buy it from a 3rd party with the work already done. You have no idea how the previous owner approached the work.

Libster, you might want to up your budget just a bit and look at 2012s, the pre 2012 models have an inferior timing gasket that costs upwards of $2k to replace. If you can't do that you might look into an extended warranty through Infiniti just for piece of mind.
The third party warranties are typically dicey, so avoid those.
G/L w/ whatever you end up doing & welcome to the site!

Looks like a sound deal, and having the S pkg adds some nice features.
