'15 Q50 Base - Lease deal - GOOD?

Not sure if I'm going to lease again or buy used but this is the offer I received:

2015 Q50 Base

window tint
wheel locks
nitrogen in tires
free synthetic oil changes for 2 years
absorption of last 2 payments on the current lease ($830)

39 months / 12k miles per year
MSRP: $38,495
Cap Cost: $33,712
Tax: $139.81
License/doc: $256
Residual: $21942.15
Acquisition fee: $700

Drive off amount: $635.81
Monthly payment: $379.81

Bueno or no bueno?

Good deal considering they are absorbing last 2 payments. It's a net negative deal for the dealership so.

Looks ok. How serious are you about buying it. I can run the lease tomorrow and get back to you.

This is the latest offer I received. Gross capitalized cost should be about $240 lower.

I know I can do better on selling price but overall, is it a crappy offer?
