That's a boatload of money up front. I turned a similar offer down, because you can get a used G37 for much cheaper! It's the same ride.

Well yeah its the same. But I'v always wanted a brand new car. I'v wanted to be the first person to drive it and take care of it.

I agree with wanting to own a new car. I bought my G new and have babied it, hence I've had no issues outside of a wheel sensor with over 64k miles. On the other hand, at $38k, you can find a well kept G with minimal miles, while saving over $10k.

EDIT: Here's an example- https://www.myg37.com/forums/g-s-fs/...34k-miles.html

If you can't afford to purchase a new vehicle and pay it off in three years then you can't afford it.

If you lease at the end of 39 months your $4k is gone and you have nothing

Just my $.02

Thats a GOD awful deal.

I leased my 2014 Q60S 6MT for $900 down and $400 a month. Price of the car was $46K. This was done with $1000 loyalty and $1500 incentive. 690 credit score.

Keep your money in your pocket. You DONT put money down on a lease. Just pay for the cost of your FIRST month payment, tags, and dealer fees.

You could EASILY grab that $279 a month for $700 down.

Thanks for the input guys. Ill try to get a better deal but the only reason I'm putting so much down up front is because i need my monthly payments to me under $325.

Tell them clear and cut from the dig you are ONLY putting down $325 (first month) + tag + dealer fee.

You work your way from there. They need to LOWER the cap cost to the invoice price of the car.

Plus..its f*cking December 30th for f*cks sake....you can go super aggressive on the deal....trust me they WILL bite!

Boston , Cars are priced ridiculous here also, But been using he same dealer and Sales manager for 4+ years now, Guess it paid off. He also sold me my Infiniti wrap extended warranty(a hair over Dealer cost ) even tho I bought my car in CT and was the car was ( $4500 less) than anywhere in MA. Cost me $15,500 and same miles in MA was 20K+ :/
