I'm considering a 2011 G37 Sedan 6MT with 89k miles. I'm purchasing this car primarily to use for work as I drive roughly 15-20k miles/year. The price is attractive due to high miles although I'm more confident given the reliability of Infiniti's. What issues should I be concerned with? I'm having an Infiniti dealership conduct a pre-purchase inspection but I'll need this car to last another 40k miles or so without any big issues. I'd really hate to replace the clutch as that seems costly.

Just test drive it...and see whats up.

Car should be good to go though, the 2010+ are basically as polished as the G will get. Theyre pretty much trouble free.

 

If they haven't already, you should go and have them change the fluids that have the longer change intervals. Power steering, brake, LSD, and coolant.

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
