Should I upgrade?

Hey guys,
I currently have a 2009 G37XS sedan and have started looking around for a newer one and found a 2011 G37S sedan and was curious if you all think I should trade my '09 XS for a '11 S? There are a couple of things that have been holding me back. Here is where I am at thought wise so far:
1. My current G only has 44k on the clock and its a CPO though Infiniti, which I like
2. The '11 G is listed at Carmax for about $28K which I believe is high for the current market, especially since there isn't any bargining.
3. I like the look of the '11 G over the '09 with the refreshed front end and some of the upgraded features
4. It would be nice to have the true sport package instead of the "appearance" package like on the XS (which I don't understand Infiniti's decision behind that)
Anyway here is the listing for the '11 G

What are your thoughts?

Thanks!

Well since its carmax, your at the Mercey of what they price theirs and what they give you for yours. Now if its a tru S and you don't need awd anymore,mi say that be more Of an upgrade. But it's gotta make sense to you, not us.

It actually looks really nice, and it basically has every option on it, plus the front lip spoiler and real spoiler which are extras, not part of the sport package. $28k isnt bad, this car new was $45k
